Cervix Sundays are a time to be together and explore all things health related to our cycles and cyclical living. It will be a space to build connection and relationship over time. As we arrive, we will ease in together. Then, I'll offer a teaching on a specific topic*, and open it up to deeper dialogue and exploration together. I'll bring books, resources, videos, etc. Then, we'll have time for cycle shares: time to share about our personal menstrual/ovulatory cycles, what's going on for us, what we're noticing and learning (no cycle tracking experience necessary). To conclude, we'll have a closing and easing out together. Occasionally we'll add in some castor oil packs, foot soaks, massage, whatever we want for self care. Ritual will be woven in organically. And guest teachers will come on occasion! My hope is for this to be a low pressure time, for us to join together as I offer a short teaching and as we explore interesting, taboo, sensitive and exciting topics together.
