Are you a clinical herbalist looking to add some somatic practices to your toolkit so you can show up with a grounded, open presence when you’re with clients? In this two hour workshop, we’ll talk about why tending to one’s nervous system is important for practitioners, and then we’ll actually do some somatic practices. You’ll get a feel for what your nervous system likes and which ones you might incorporate before, during, and after meeting with a client. Best suited for herbalists who work currently or in the near future work with clients.
