Learn all about the energetics of the anbdomen and how plants and herbs can be a healing balm to the stomach. Make and take home a foraged lemon balm herbal remedy for the abdomen/stomach (supplies provided). Learn how to do a 3 minute abdominal self massage technique. Each participant will get the opportunity to receive a clothed mini abdominal massage from Sara. While participants are getting a massage, others will have the opportunity to journal or do deep relaxation.
Teacher bio:
I am an herbalist, abdominal massage therapist, and health coach from the wilds of Vermont. I am a free spirit and love walking barefoot with my wife and chihuahua.
