In this workshop we’ll explore the gut-brain axis and how supporting our digestive health can positively impact our mental health. We’ll talk about the role of stress, and look at how and when to use bitter nervines, herbs that affect the nervous and digestive systems. While we’ll talk a little bit about food, this class is anti-diet and non-dogmatic about food choices. If you’ve been struggling with food, digestion, and mental health, this class is for you!
The recorded replay will be available for folks who register.
