Join clinical herbalists at Railyard to learn about healthy sleep habits and take home your own customized herbal tincture blend for sleep.
As herbalists, we've experienced our own challenges with sleep. Trouble falling asleep, trouble staying asleep, or not waking feeling rested. It's something that we've all probably dealt with at some point, and it can affect so much of life: work, personal relationships, leisure, etc.
We've had our own chance to experiment with herbs and find what works, but we've also had the satisfaction of being able to support many others with sleep. Some examples of what we've seen:
🌿 The person having trouble sleeping due to peri-menopausal changes that was able to get rest with a custom tincture blend
🌿 The person experiencing daytime anxiety that was soothed with herbs and experienced some improvements with sleep as a result
🌿 The person who wasn't experiencing rejuvenating sleep that felt supported with herbs
For the first time, we are organizing a sleep clinic to make healthy sleep with herbs accessible to more people. In this event you'll receive healthy sleep tips, personal support and your own herbal sleep blend. Specifically:
This event will be limited to 8 participants. One group will be scheduled to start at 6pm and another at 7pm. You'll receive information about which group you are in over e-mail. Plan on staying for up to 1 hour and 30 minutes max, though most people will be finished sooner.

As part of this event we are hoping to check in with people a couple week afterward to see how it went, offer more support if needed, and record results that we may share in an anonymous way to help inspire others.

- A 15 minute introduction to healthy sleep habits with Gudio Masé, herbalist at Railyard and nationally known author
- A 20 minute private, 1-on-1 consultation with a clinical herbalist, either Jennifer Porter or Nick Cavanaugh
- Personal suggestions and take-home information for supporting healthy sleep
- A customized 2 oz. herbal tincture to support healthy sleep

- You have mild to moderate difficulty falling asleep or staying asleep on some occasions.
This event is not for you if:
- You have long-term chronic insomnia.
