There are many simple ways that we can support our breast and chest health while living in the modern world. Join community and clinical herbalist, Susan Staley, for an hour-long exploration of the basic anatomy of the chest with a focus on the lymphatic system. Learn new ways to support the vitality of these tissues through straight-forward food choices, herbs, and lifestyle practices.
This class is open to and appropriate for people of all genders and offered to support visibility for Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
