Join Railyard herbalist Nick Cavanaugh on Zoom for this class all about Adaptogens!
What are adaptogens? And why are they getting so much attention lately? Adaptogens are a category of herbs (like bitters or nervines) that help build resilience over time. As the name implies, they help us adapt to stress. Adaptogens are safe, food-like, balance stress levels, improve mood, boost the immune system, and impart a feeling of overall wellbeing.
In this class, Nick will go over common adaptogens like ashwagandha, tulsi, reishi, eleuthero, and schizandra and explain their effects, how they work, and how to incorporate them into your daily life.
Cost: $15, registration required. Please register by 5pm the day of. We will email you a link to Zoom by 5:30pm.
