Join a community of folks to practice mindfulness together for relaxation, contentment and self-understanding.
Saturday mornings on Zoom
Format is approximately 40 minutes of silent unguided meditation followed by discussion. Any style of practice is welcome, though discussion often centers on Western and Eastern Buddhist meditation practices such as breath meditation, concentration exercises, and practices from various teachers and traditions including Culadasa, Shinzen Young, Insight Meditation Society and the Thai Forest Tradition.
Led by Nick Cavanaugh. All are welcome to join!
Cost: $5, please register by 8am the day. We will email you a Zoom link before 8:30am
