Tuesdays, 5-6pm on Zoom
Join a community of folks on Zoom to practice mindfulness together for relaxation, contentment and self-understanding.
Tuesday evenings
The group will consist of 20-40 minutes of guided meditation in addition to open discussion. The meditation instructions given will be related to mindfulness of the breath, techniques developed by Shinzen Young, or one of the "Four Immeasurables" of Buddhism - loving-kindness, sympathetic joy, compassion and equanimity.
Led by Nick Cavanaugh. All are welcome to join!
Cost: $5, please register by 4pm the day-of. We will email you a Zoom link before the meditation begins.
