Join herbalist Julia Shaw on Zoom for this free class all about passionflower!

Passionflower, also called Maypop, is a fruiting vine native to the southern part of North America. You may know the plant for the delicious fruit it pruduces-- the passionfruit! In herbal medicine, it is the flowers and leaves that are used. Passionflower is calming, and is know for relaxing a racing mind and helping to calm one's thoughts before sleep. Come to the class to learn more!

Julia will also share a DIY project with you, so you can learn a fun way to prepare it at home. As always, the herb of the month sale includes 50% off dried herb and 25% off tincture. 

Cost: Free. Registration required. Registration closes at 5pm the day of. We will email you a link to Zoom by 5:30pm.
