Join clinical herbalist Katherine Elmer for this series offering an evidence-based exploration of familiar plants and fungi for restoring and maintaining wellness. This first class with focus on heart health.
Therapeutic Herbalism focuses on the application of specific plant remedies for supporting specific body systems for optimum function and the prevention of disease. Participants will have an opportunity to sample the herbs and learn the best ways to prepare and administer them. Participants may attend a single session or register for the entire series. Content will be based on the book “Body into Balance” by Maria Noel Groves.
Katherine is a faculty member at the University of Vermont Program in Integrative Health.
Cost: $20, open to all.
