Join us for an Introduction to Fertility Awareness Method (FAM) class. Dr. Kaitlyn Pote, Naturopathic physician and women’s healthcare specialist, will present the principles and guidelines of FAM and its many uses for gynecological health, conception, and natural birth control. The class will cover basic male and female reproductive anatomy and physiology, with an emphasis on female hormones. We will discuss the three primary signs of ovulation, what these signs mean in terms of fertility, and how to chart this information. We will also discuss how different women’s health conditions can be discovered via charting and the effectiveness of electronic fertility trackers such as Daysy and Ava.
