Enjoy hands-on experimentation and leave with an overflowing handful of ways to pamper yourself at home the Ayurvedic way!

The ears, skin, eyes, mouth, nose. These sense organs represent the gateways between the outer world and our inner landscape.  In the same manner that a well-constructed dam effects the health of the river downstream, the health of our sensory pathways influences our state of mind, our digestive & immune health, and just about everything else in between.

This workshop delivers the best that Ayurvedic home remedies has to offer.  Take a cue from the classics and invite in simple daily routines for nourishment, balance and stress management.

Marisa Hall is a NAMA-certified Ayurvedic Health Counselor, Yoga Alliance-certified instructor of yoga, and crafter of handmade one-of-a-kind Ayurvedic massage oils.  Her experiences at home and on the road have helped her to explore the many ways that the Vedic sciences can radically change our lives, whether we're in need of creating a supportive routine for the daily grind or looking for some savvy ways of staying balanced while traveling and transitioning.  Having spent most of her life in various regions of NYC and the Adirondacks, she's thrilled to have finally made the shift to Vermont, and is looking forward to sharing her "lived Ayurvedic experience," the good, bad, and everything in between, so that others can be exposed to and benefit from this beautiful living science.

Cost: $30/person. Includes workshop & a free self-care goody to take home!
