Learn how herbalism can be integrated into your daily life!
This class is the first in a series that will focus on how to create simple, nourishing meals with seasonal, accessible ingredients alongside culinary and medicinal herbs.
Join Stephanie Segretto and Emma Merritt for a hands-on, educational series and global culinary expedition using various healing herbs to incorporate into your daily cooking and wellness.
In each class, Stephanie will show you how to cook a delicious vegan and gluten-free meal (with helpful hints on adding meat-based protein), while Emma explains the medicinal properties of the herbs and spices in each recipe.
In this first class, we will make an Asian-inspired meal for winter wellness and immune support using seasonal ingredients and the Japanese belief in Kansha, or gratitude, that we will express with loving intention in our cooking.
Our menu for this class includes:
Gain hands-on experience and herbal knowledge while having fun! Participants will leave with recipes, an herbal meal kit, knowledge and full bellies.
Stephanie Segretto (M.Ed, AADP, IHC, Pn1) is a certified Life, WFPB, Integrative Wellness and Fitness Nutrition Coach, veteran educator, impassioned cook and owner of Inspired Living LLC. You can follow her kitchen creations and musings/inspirations on Instagram at: inspiredlivingllc or learn more about her personal journey for optimum happiness and health at inspiredlivingllc.net
