Fruits ripen, seeds drop, the days grow colder, leaves fall.
Life continues, for spring is impossible without autumn,
As surely as life is impossible without death.

Join us for Railyard Apothecary's kava lounge and the first storytelling event of the fall!
This month’s theme is “Life and Death: Personal Stories of Transformation”

Musical interludes by Zach Cohen. Sharing stories is a time-honored way of relating with one another. We see ourselves in one another through stories. We invite you to gather in an intentional space to share or simply witness personal stories about the transformative power of life and death.

How has new life transformed you? How has death transformed you? How has the emergence of life from death catalyzed newness in your life?

The format is open-mic and we invite you to have the courage to tell your story. We have a few dedicated storytellers who will weave a tale of transformational events with the life-death-life cycle as a catalyst of change in their own lives. Please comment below if you’d like to sign up to tell a story.

So please show up, share a story if you are called to do so (hold space for other storytellers if not), sit back, sip kava, and steep in the good company of others!

Kava tea is a relaxing and uplifting herb from the Pacific Islands. Other herbal beverages and snacks will be served!

Host/MC: Laura Hill
