Wonder how our brain and digestion are so interrelated? Wonder how to improve your life through relationship to the whole? Join Kristen Maniscalco and Kenzie McDonald to discuss the gut-brain connection, how the two are so closely related, and how these two systems can work together for optimal health and well-being. We will delve into the dysregulation many of us have experienced and provide methods to manage the close relationship between the mind and digestive processes. We will focus on self love and self care as ways to reduce stress in the mind, body and spirit.

Personal experiences will be shared and we will learn how to make medicine from plants that support this relationship.

Suggested donation: $20 in advanced, $22 at the door.  Proceeds to Herbal Justice Fund
