Join us at Railyard Apothecary for an evening of Community Yoga Nidra —a healing and heart-opening offering to bring more love and peace to the World.
During this 1- hour offering, the soothing tones of spiritual facilitator Savitri Devi Dasi will guide us through the ancient practice of Yoga Nidra—and into the depths of our Souls. Yoga Nidra, also known as “Yogic Conscious Sleep” is a fully-guided meditation that deeply relaxes the body and stills the mind to incredible levels.
Practitioners will be guided into a state of deep awareness of the physical body, the movement of energy within and beyond it, and into the space within and below the Heart. In the quiet of profound levels of calm, opportunities open up to experience heightened dimensions of awareness, deep rest, healing, intuition, insights into our essential nature and the Universe of which we are a part—and the vibrations of love and peace that simply Are in this place of stillness and remembrance.

Items to Bring…
- This practice occurs lying down on the floor, so creating a personal space of optimal comfort is key to be able to fully relax.
- A yoga mat (if possible, otherwise you can bring an extra blanket)
- 2-3 blankets (1 for warmth, plus at least 1 for extra cushioning)
- Pillows (optional; to place under the knees and/or feet)
- Optional, eye cover
