Congratulations on your New Year’s resolution! You’ve got goals and you want to make them happen. The new year is a great time to reset, to envision a change, to begin a new way. Bring your goal(s) to this hands-on workshop where you will build awareness of your resources and obstacles to achieving your goal(s) and identify targeted approaches to see your vision become a reality.
Bring a notebook and pen.
$20 in advance, $25 day-of. If you register online the day-of, you will be asked for $5 at the door.
Taught by Autumn Barnett. Autumn is a psychotherapist at Railyard who works with men, women, and nonbinary adults facing a range of challenges. She is trained in Motivational Interviewing, a goal-oriented and person-centered approach to making changes in one’s life. She spent 9 years running behavior-change programming. In her clinical practice she primarily works with people through an in-depth process of understanding, healing, and growth. A sampling of the challenges clients have addressed with her include:
