"Heavy Dream is a Pop-up restaurant located in Montpelier, VT. Our menu features all local, vegetarian fare with an emphasis on wild-crafted foods. We wholeheartedly believe in the power of 'Food as Medicine’ and strive to provide these foods at an accessible price for everyone. We want to start new conversations about our current food culture. Our food directly reflects the time of season and, as a result, our menu changes weekly.
