- - Staffing the retail store- approximately 14 hours/week, working hours are 10am-6:30pm weekdays, 12pm-5:30pm on Saturdays (required to staff at least 1 Saturday/month)
- - Herbal Justice Fund Coordinator - approximately 2 hours/week
- - Subtenant Coordinator - approximately 1.5 hours/week
- - Team meetings - approximately 0.5 hours/week

- - Helping customers and using the cash register
- - Filling online orders
- - Filling in-store herb orders
- - Product making
- - Basic cleaning and maintenance of space
- - Attend apothecary and marketing team meetings
- - Coordinating with the marketing team to fundraise for the herbal justice fund
- - Recruit new clinical and other sub-tenants and respond to sub-tenants' requests and needs
Qualifications:
- - Ability to be a team player and learn collaborative governance
- - Outgoing personality and retail experience
- - Clinical herbalism training or equivalent in folk herbalism apprenticeship
- - Experience in website design and marketing preferred
- - Fundraising experience preferred
- - Commitment to Burlington community and interest in growing with Railyard Apothecary
